Our Company

HR Duo was founded by our CEO, Jerome Forde, who believed passionately thet HR as a profession, was behind the rest of the workplace in adopting and applying new technology.

Jerome wanted to remove the burden of HR legislation with ‘once and done’, people-centric policies and procedures – which could be applied smartly, without the need for lengthy human intervention.

Through HR Duo’s unique combination of technology and know-how we have helped clients drive HR and team productivity, whilst lowering HR and business costs.

Moving forward, inspired by our foundational vision, our organisation’s goal is to continue to help supportline managers in their day-to-day work, free senior HR staff up for other activities and provide powerful reporting for management decision-making.

We are currently doing with thousands of employees in companies across the UK and Ireland, a new approach to better HR.
